Time Flow

All Tools

The Time Flow is a next-generation timer tool that gives a visual and interactive way to track time for classroom activities. It shows hours, minutes, and seconds, acting as both timer and stopwatch. Teachers can use it to pace lessons, manage tasks, and help students understand the passing of time.

How to use

How to use
Time Flow gives teachers flexible ways to make lessons more structured and time-aware:

Warm-ups / Class Start – Use it at the beginning of class to show countdown or stopwatch as you start, helping students settle in and know exactly when lessons begin.

Task Management – Use timed activities (e.g. group work, problem solving) with the timer visible so students can see how much time remains; it encourages focus and pace.

Transitions & Breaks – Use the timer for break periods or transitions between parts of the lesson: for example, 5-minute break, or switching tasks after a set time.

Experiment & Demonstration Timing – For timed experiments in science, or other demonstrations, use TimeFlow to measure durations and show elapsed time visually.

Assessment / Time-bound Exercises – When doing quizzes or tasks under time constraints, the timer helps create urgency and helps students learn to manage time.

Differentiation / Support – For some students, extra time may be allowed; for others, tasks can be shorter. Or show progress visually to help all students plan and self-monitor.
