Personalized Worksheets – Use it to create worksheets with different names or slight variations for each student without manually editing each one.
Name Tags / Labels – Quickly generate name tags or labels customized for each student.
Homework / Communication Letters – When you have to send similar letters/forms to all students or parents (e.g. announcements, permission slips), you can personalize each with names or class info.
Feedback / Report Snippets – If giving individualized feedback, embed different text/data into template and merge to make custom reports.
Differentiation – You can create versions of materials with different text insertions depending on student level (e.g. adding easier instructions for some, advanced for others), all from the same template.
